We allocate places according to the following criteria:

  1. Current students and siblings receive priority placement.

  2. Placement is granted on a first-come, first-served basis (5 days a week).

  • How do learn more about your fees?
You can find our fees on this page. Simply scroll up to our fees and calendar section.
  • Is there a waitlist?
Due to demand, we have waitlists for a number of rooms however we often find that spaces can free up. We take a €100 refundable deposit to place your child's name on our waiting list and we will contact you as soon as spaces become available.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
If you would like to keep your child's name on a waiting list for a room, we will take a €100 refundable deposit. If you are taking a space in a room for your child, we take a €150 non-refundable deposit to secure the space.
  • What about the National Childcare Subsidy Scheme?
Once you have a CHICK number for your child we will be able to amend your bill to reflect the granted subsidy. We are unable to subsidise your bill without your child's CHICK number or retrospectively amend bills. It is the responsibility of the parents/carers to ensure they have completed this.
  • Is my child eligible for the ECCE Scheme?
Yes, our Junior and senior Montessori rooms are ECCE eligible rooms. Please enquire with us about our ECCE fees for both our Blackrock and Stradbrook services. Please note that if your child turns 2 on or before the 31st of December then your child will be eligible for the upcoming September ECCE Scheme.
  • Does Simbas have a summer camp?
Yes, for 6 weeks during July and August we run a summer camp across both our locations and rooms. Children have the option to attend or return to the next term in September.
